I regret to note that their business practices are more than questionable. The images provided as illustrations of the product do not correspond to what they actually deliver; if you order original parts, they deliver the white product version. (supposedly you did not specify). but at the price of the original! Then if you are not satisfied, they offer you a €5 voucher for your next purchase, this way they can get you a second time. Never again!!

We are official MERCURY distributors and therefore always prioritize QUICKSILVER products. However, it happens that the factory has too long delays. To avoid penalizing our customers, we ship them a SIERRA product. Indeed, it may happen that we deliver, for example, SIERRA filters, but this is only for timing reasons. For your information, the price proposed for our QUICKSILVER products is based on the SIERRA price. Our customers are therefore winners and not losers as you think. As of 21/05/2019, it has been a month since my engine has been opened and I am waiting for a very basic part (water pump), I have been sent the wrong model twice and I am accused of not having provided the engine numbers, which has been done several times. Anyway, Anaïs is responsive by email but in the end for not much and I advise you not to call the technical service, they just give you the runaround and ask you to send an email that the technician will not read.
