You can really find all the parts you need at the best price. Despite a problem with the condition of my package at delivery, I recommend this site..

The product matches the order, well-made site. The only downside, the delay announced on the site being normally quick was 11 days. It is true that there was a public holiday. It is better to directly announce 10 days of delay.

Error in the order, 8 mm pipe delivered instead of 6 mm. It can happen, no problem. But not making the exchange right away, waiting several days before being able to receive the correct product.... too bad.

Response from Pieces Bateaux Published on 29/04/2019

Sir, Thank you for your comment, our customers' feedback is valuable for improving our service quality on a daily basis. In your case, it was a packaging error at the factory during manufacturing with incorrect labeling at the factory. The error was not detectable unless opening the packaging of the item and measuring the diameter difference of 2mm. After internal checks, we immediately notified the defect to the factory. We proceeded to send the pipe of the correct diameter (8mm) in our best delays which took a total of a few additional days compared to your initial order. We strive to do everything to satisfy you, again presenting our apologies for the inconvenience caused. Best regards, The team at Boat Parts.

Choice, availability of parts, competitive prices, good communication with technical and sales service. I would have given 5* if customer service had informed me that the oil filter key I ordered was not compatible with the oil filter of my order! Other than that, I recommend piecesbateaux.com
