In the case of your order, we took care to refund you for the item "oil filter" which was indeed suitable for your engine (leaving you the item).
Our sales and technical service took care to understand your requests. However, we are unable to deliver a specific brand (at your request) that is not part of our suppliers.

Response from Pieces Bateaux
Sir,
We thank you for your comment, our customers' feedback is valuable for improving our service quality on a daily basis.
In the case of your order, one of the items out of the 9, namely the "OUTBOARD OIL 4 STROKE YAMALUBE 10W30 (4L) ref YMD-630500400" took a long time to supply. This created significant delays on our side.
We sent the items ready to be shipped and we took care to inform you in writing regarding these unexpected delays, giving you the possibility of a refund if necessary.
We hope we have done everything possible to satisfy you, and we apologize again for the inconvenience caused.
Sincerely,
The Pièces Bateaux team.

Response from Pieces Bateaux
Sir, We thank you for your comment, the opinion of our customers is precious for improving our quality of service on a daily basis. In the case of your order, some items took a long time to supply due to the internal reorganization of the Mercury factory. This created significant delays in deliveries. We source directly from the factory to offer you attractive prices. We have sent the items ready to be shipped and we took care to inform you in writing about these unexpected delays, giving you the option of a refund if necessary. The missing items were shipped separately. We naturally covered the additional transport costs. We hope we have done everything to satisfy you, once again presenting our apologies for the inconvenience caused. Best regards, The Boat Parts Team.
