In the case of your order, 1 product (antifouling) was no longer available in the desired packaging. Reason for the delay. Our customer manager took care to inform you.
Regarding the missing item, it was a preparation error on our part.
We had obviously taken care to resend the missing item to you.

We thank you for your comment, our customers' opinions are valuable for improving our service quality on a daily basis.
In the case of your order of 10 different references (14 items), indeed 1 item (the Thermostat) experienced a stockout that was not reported to us by our supplier. Therefore, the update of our site did not follow.
We also have the habit of systematically notifying our customers one by one when the shipping delay is slowed down or a part is no longer available due to this type of stock discrepancy.
