You placed an order on 05/02.
Your order was shipped on 07/02 and delivered to a pickup point on 09/02.
You contacted us because the maintenance kit was delivered with Sierra Premium oil instead of Quicksilver. Please note that Quicksilver is currently out of stock on this oil until April.
Sierra oil is of 100% quality equivalent to Quicksilver, which is why we automatically make the replacement.
We offered to make an exchange (last email on 14/02) and we did not receive a response from you.
