One major dissatisfaction is the delivery method. Delivery by Colissimo is far too long: order placed on the 14th and delivered on the 22nd. Moreover, delivery against signature requires being present at home. This blocked me for 2 days of leave. Not cool. This provider should be avoided.

Hello, your order from 1/8 afternoon was shipped on 2/8. We did everything necessary to ship your order as quickly as possible. Here is the information we have: On 4/8 the carrier was unable to deliver to the chosen pickup point. On 7/8 the pickup point refused the package. On 10/8 the package was redelivered to a pickup point. You picked up the package on 11/8. It seems there was a problem with the pickup point. We will ask the carrier for more information. Good site, serious but the delivery by DPD left something to be desired. The package was handed over to them after two days (a bit long) but the journey between several platforms takes a day each time... moreover, they note that the delivery could not be made while the package has arrived. Unusual for DPD and this can give a bad image of the seller.
