In the case of your order, it is a packaging problem from the Yamaha engine seals manufacturing plant. Missing item.
We took care to order directly from the factory the seal in detail and informed you of the significant delay as it is a single part that is part of a complete kit.

Hello, It was the first time I placed an order on your site. My order was delivered but it was not the right part. I reported it and was given a free return label. I returned the wrong part and was then delivered the new part, everything worked perfectly. However, the delay: I could not repair my engine which was not on site in the time I wanted because it took a month for delivery. I am not satisfied with that at all. In the future, I will find another site. Thank you, best regards.
