Delivery of part of the parts with a note of apology for the missing ones. After a week of waiting, I contacted customer service to know the delivery date of the missing parts but the response received is "maybe towards the end of the month" which means a month of waiting and I'm not even sure to get my parts.

In your case, the relay point in charge of receiving your Mercury Mariner propeller refused your package on 2 successive occasions, and this for unknown reasons. Following your report, we filed a complaint with the Post Office, which handles the transport of our packages.
We took care to refund you the totality of your order as well as the shipping costs once the complaint was submitted to the Post Office.
Indeed, our customer service was closed due to the end-of-year holidays, and we had taken care to specify this in writing during the order validation steps.

the cover does not match what I saw on the other zodiac open pro 550 it is too short so it does not completely wrap the boat it is therefore exposed to the weather during winter storage. Too bad I will have to find a solution to protect the back of it.
