In your case, wanting to deliver to you as quickly as possible, we delivered the references ready for shipment, then the rest afterwards. We had taken care to inform you in advance of the shipment in several parts.
Regarding the item "type 33c cable", after verification, according to our technical sheets, stock referencing, our preparation and delivery notes: it would indeed be a "type 33c", we have requested a verification from the factory. Nevertheless, upon your report, we fully refunded you, leaving you the item. We trust our customers.

Delivery of part of the parts with a note of apology for the missing ones. After a week of waiting, I contacted customer service to know the delivery date of the missing parts but the response received is "maybe towards the end of the month" which means a month of waiting and I'm not even sure to get my parts.

Strangely at another distributor, I received the same part in 48 hours.... you need to review your supplier agreements or find another excuse... for the rest of the order no issues...

In the case of your order, one of the items out of the 4, namely the "Complete Trim Mercury Mariner 75 to 115hp (4 stroke) ref 8M0090335" took a long time to supply due to the reorganization of the Mercury factory. This created significant delays on our side.
We sent the items ready to be shipped and we took care to inform you in writing regarding these unexpected delays, leaving you the possibility of a refund if necessary.
As for the missing item, we refunded you. It may be that another distributor was able to deliver you this part in 48h if this reference is available in their stock. We source directly from the factory to provide you with attractive prices.
