I cannot blame the product as I still have not received it. Ordered to have it on site for my arrival during my trip (1200 km) after 4 days of waiting I will have to return without having finished having received nothing despite paying for shipping fees. So the product may be good but the shipping service is absolutely not up to par.

Order processed very quickly and shipped just as fast. Perfect. Plus, the contacts from the site are very pleasant and very professional. A much better service than on Pescaro where they do not respond to emails or phone calls.

Order placed at the beginning of April for a product indicated in stock. At the end of May I still have not received the pump. After several requests for information where I am told 15 days of additional delay each time, I am still waiting. No commercial gesture or proposal for an equivalent product, just a refund proposal. I remind you that it has been 8 weeks of waiting so I am not satisfied, nor with the responses provided.

Response from Pieces Bateaux Published on 26/05/2021

Hello,
We regret that you were not satisfied.
Your order was shipped on 21/5 and you received it on 25/5.
Throughout the processing of your order, you were informed of the status and tracking we provide.
We offered you a refund because it is our standard procedure as soon as a product is not available.
Please note that all manufacturers and suppliers in the nautical sector are currently impacted by significant delivery delays, related to the Covid crisis and a very high demand during the second quarter of 2021.
Best regards,
The Pièces Bateaux team.

The site is good, but the best part is that hard-to-find parts are available.
Fast delivery service and very good... impeccable tracking.
Thank you for the service and your competence.

Very very fast delivery in Algeria, few sites deliver to this country, original parts, delivery box in very good condition.
With one click I found everything I was looking for on the site and at very competitive prices, even cheaper than Mercury Algeria knowing that Mercury Algeria has been unavailable for 5 months, in short, I recommend this site thank you
