Sir,
Following our phone conversation today, we thank you for your comment as our customers' opinions are valuable for improving our service quality on a daily basis.
In the case of your order, 1 product (antifouling) was no longer available in the desired packaging. Reason for the delay. Our customer manager took care to inform you.
Regarding the missing item, it was a preparation error on our part.
We had obviously taken care to resend the missing item to you.
Hoping to have done everything for your satisfaction and we apologize again for the inconvenience caused.
Best regards,
The Pièces Bateaux team.

Response from Pieces Bateaux Published on 19/04/2017

Sir,
We thank you for your comment, our customers' opinions are valuable for improving our service quality on a daily basis.
In the case of your order of 10 different references (14 items), indeed 1 item (the Thermostat) experienced a stockout that was not reported to us by our supplier. Therefore, the update of our site did not follow.
We also have the habit of systematically notifying our customers one by one when the shipping delay is slowed down or a part is no longer available due to this type of stock discrepancy.
We had obviously taken care to refund you for the unavailable part.
Hoping to have done everything for your satisfaction.
Best regards,
The Pièces Bateaux team.

Sir,
We thank you for your comment, the opinion of our customers is precious for improving our quality of service on a daily basis.
In the case of your order, it was a sensitive part, for which we requested verification from the supplier, as well as in our own premises.
We also took care to prepare all customs formalities for secure shipping to the island of Reunion.
We also have the habit of systematically informing our customers one by one when the shipping delay is slowed down.
Hoping to have done everything for your satisfaction. Best regards, The team at Boat Parts.

Response from Pieces Bateaux Published on 28/02/2017

Sir, We thank you for your comment, the opinion of our customers is precious for improving our quality of service on a daily basis. Indeed, shipping aerosol to Canada can take time due to customs and transport security checks. The color error came from an unreported referencing defect by our supplier. We have taken the necessary steps to update our references. Finally, we took care to resend you the entirety of your compliant order (with the right color) while offering you the 4 cans of paint previously sent and taking all shipping costs on our behalf. Hoping to have done everything for your satisfaction. Best regards, The team at Boat Parts
