Response from Pieces Bateaux Published on 29/08/2023

Hello,
Your order of 22/8 was shipped on 24/8.
It was specified on our site a supply delay of 3 days from the order reference (not in stock). The processing time of your order is compliant.
Regarding shipping costs, these are clearly displayed on our site. It should be noted that shipping costs are becoming more and more expensive, and we are not more expensive than another merchant.
We remain at your service.
Best regards.

Excellent online parts sales site. I order my parts for my Optimax 225 from La Réunion and it works wonderfully! Thank you for offering parts for this good old engine!

For a part at €4 the size of a tablet
Charging €6 for shipping I find that a bit excessive
Otherwise the part is indeed the right one.

Good, but shipping overseas by post is very expensive compared to the actual shipping price, as we are taxed at 25 percent on the price of the item and freight, and if the total shipment exceeds 500 euros, we have to hire a freight forwarder whose cost is 100 euros, which often forces us not to make the purchase because in the end we pay for the item at twice its price.

Phone service OK, but I was guaranteed receipt of the package within J+2/4 max, J+7 still nothing... A bit long... Is the DPD carrier at fault? Late handover of the package to the carrier? I don't know, in any case, I chose this site because it seemed faster than the others...
