I ordered a part on August 22, 2023.
At the time of my order, the delivery time was displayed as 15 days.
The payment was immediate.
And my part just arrived (on October 17, 2023).
Then I was explained that they have no stock on site and depend on the manufacturer and its availability.
But in this case, do not state delivered within 15 days....
I could not enjoy my boat at the end of the season because of this part on hold and this stockless sales policy.
I will never order from this site again.
And I regret having done so.
In short, AVOID ...

We understand that you were not satisfied with the delay but are surprised by the content of your review. We have communicated several times with you regarding the delay of your order.
Indeed, the usual delay has been greatly exceeded by the manufacturer, but we are subject to the monopoly position of the manufacturers regarding original parts.
Isn't the main thing that we managed to obtain the part before it was discontinued? Because you know very well that parts for your engine are becoming increasingly difficult to source, knowing that Johnson-Evinrude has stopped the production of engines.

Hello, your order from 1/8 afternoon was shipped on 2/8. We did everything necessary to ship your order as quickly as possible. Here is the information we have: On 4/8 the carrier was unable to deliver to the chosen pickup point. On 7/8 the pickup point refused the package. On 10/8 the package was redelivered to a pickup point. You picked up the package on 11/8. It seems there was a problem with the pickup point. We will ask the carrier for more information. We informed you that 2 references were unavailable because Mercury is currently unable to deliver them. We asked if you wanted to keep them as a backorder or if you wanted to be refunded.
Regarding the Sierra fitting you received, it is not delivered with the collar. You are confusing it with the Mercury fitting which is unavailable.
