The dimensions of the hole spacing are clearly specified on the product sheet so that you can check against your needs. You ordered the 38mm, but there is also the 35mm and the 32mm.

The shipping and delivery are not up to your company. I chose home delivery and paid for it: DPD didn't even bother to come to my house (video doorbell as proof) and delivered directly to a relay point 10km from my home.
I just picked up the package, it was very damaged. In particular, the packaging of the SUZUKI DF9.9 to DF70 thermostat was crushed and this fragile and expensive part (€70) was lying among the other items.
