In your case, wanting to deliver to you as quickly as possible, we delivered the references ready for shipment, then the rest afterwards. We had taken care to inform you in advance of the shipment in several parts.
Regarding the item "type 33c cable", after verification, according to our technical sheets, stock referencing, our preparation and delivery notes: it would indeed be a "type 33c", we have requested a verification from the factory. Nevertheless, upon your report, we fully refunded you, leaving you the item. We trust our customers.

Your package was shipped 48 hours after your order on December 16, 2017.

In your case, the relay point in charge of receiving your Mercury Mariner propeller refused your package on 2 successive occasions, and this for unknown reasons. Following your report, we filed a complaint with the Post Office, which handles the transport of our packages.
We took care to refund you the totality of your order as well as the shipping costs once the complaint was submitted to the Post Office.
Indeed, our customer service was closed due to the end-of-year holidays, and we had taken care to specify this in writing during the order validation steps.
