Delivery was a bit awaited. Causes?: holidays! It seems that the stocks are not on the 'boat parts' site, but with suppliers, so in case of holidays, we wait a bit too long.

Overall very satisfied except for the delivery aspect: your provider unilaterally changed the delivery location with hours that did not suit me…

Paid 18 euros for a part that was supposed to arrive in 48 hours and took 4 weeks to arrive... what a disappointment and no one, neither email nor letter to warn that there would be a delay before paying BUT once paid...... 4 WEEKS while everything was disassembled for a 8 euro part including tax

We sent you the digital version of this manual so that you could have all the information you needed. We regret that you were not satisfied.

Part received quickly as described. Shipping could have been much cheaper than €7 and just as effective via another carrier for such a small and light part.
