The order has finally arrived safely but with a significant delay due to supply issues. After informing the service about the urgency of the situation, I first received one package and then the second, which has just been shipped. Responsive service but I would have liked a bit more clarity from the start regarding the delivery time.

I put four stars but that doesn't mean much since my package took more than 10 days to arrive
What is unfortunate is that you know we live in a department of the DOM-TOM
and normally you shouldn't charge us the VAT of 20.6 for the simple and good reason that customs charge us again once it arrives plus the sea tax.
In the end, your item cost 75 €. They are still asking me for 26 € in tax not counting the transport.
It's abuse for which you are partly responsible because each time you make us pay the VAT that shouldn't be since here it is 8.5 and 5.5 and exempt on many products. To recover it is a real obstacle course, by the way, it is better to engage in Ukraine, it's easier.
