First order and very disappointed, I ordered two seals, one for the seawater pump and the other for the bearing seal, neither of them is suitable for seawater, they are really not worth their price.
Moreover, regarding the shipping costs for a weight of 190g, my order could have been shipped by post to my mailbox instead of going to a relay point.
And to conclude, the merchant does not have stock, I received my order eight days later..

The seals we provided you are compliant with manufacturer standards and perfectly suited for marine use.
Thousands of seals are supplied by this supplier for marine use.
On what technical basis can you assert that they are not suitable?
If they do not meet your expectations, you can always return the seals to us and they will be refunded.
Regarding the delay, it was specified on each product sheet on our site that the supply time for these references is 5 days. Therefore, the processing time of your order is perfectly compliant.
Finally, regarding the pickup point, you yourself chose this option.
You could have chosen home delivery.
Your rating seems completely unjustified to us.
