We keep the most common in stock, and some need to be ordered.
You placed the order on 8/10 and it was shipped on 14/10.

An email is automatically sent to each customer with the tracking link for their parcel.
It is not possible for us to track all customer parcels.
After researching with DPD, your parcel was declared lost by their delivery services.

Order placed on 11/08 on 21/08 still no news I call many times obviously no one answers. I send an email and there I am informed that my part is not available while it is on the site! No email to inform me that the order would be delayed or anything ... in fact they take orders without being sure they can fulfill them. After 12 days I canceled and requested a refund. They are not ready to see me again.
