Technically competent, commercial sense (easy order modification...).
Too bad some parts are not sold individually but in a kit containing elements we don't need, but maybe it's the manufacturer who practices forced selling, as often!

Packaging of the item torn. Fragile material. It broke during its first use. Not suitable for boat engines

Response from Pieces Bateaux Published on 28/01/2019

Sir,
We thank you for your comment, the opinion of our customers is precious for improving our quality of service on a daily basis.
In the case of your order, it is a spark plug wrench that we regularly sell. So far, customers who have purchased this item are satisfied. As it is a mechanical key, we do not understand how this material could break, especially since a spark plug must be screwed in by hand until it contacts, then use the key for a light torque (and without leverage)
In the case of a break during loosening, significant resistance is abnormal, and the use of a penetrating oil is recommended.
In any case, using the tool until its breakage (for the installation/removal of a spark plug) shows that something else is at play.
After checks, we have not received any feedback from you regarding this incident. We remain available. If you wish, we invite you to fill out the FORM present on our homepage of the site, to make a return request. We will then analyze your request.
We strive to do everything possible to satisfy you, again presenting our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Sincerely,
The Boat Parts Team.

fast, packaging problem, e.g.: the candles were moving around outside their boxes, a simple tape around the 4 boxes would have done the trick. I am still satisfied, best regards

I only received part of the order (a complete water pump kit). When I claimed the rest, they wanted to charge me for it, claiming it was included in the lot when it wasn't; Paypal resolved the issue.

For an order placed and paid since November 7, 2018, for which I was assured that delivery would be at the latest by November 20. To this day, I still have not been delivered and without any explanation if I had inquired on November 19; by phone. Being a boat rental company, I intended to work regularly with you, I had already prepared another order but I think I will look elsewhere. Regards.

Response from Pieces Bateaux Published on 04/12/2018

Sir,
We thank you for your comment, the opinion of our customers is precious for improving our quality of service on a daily basis.
In the case of your order, we took care to inform you directly that the HELICE "BLACK MAX" MERCURY MARINER 40 TO 125hp 13-1/4X17 reference 77350A45 required a restocking from the Mercury factory which brought the availability of the item to our warehouses to November 20. We want to clarify this notion because it is not possible for us to estimate a delivery time in the DOM-TOM given the customs delay.
Mercury, from whom we are delivered every day, finally delivered us on November 22. To avoid any accumulation of delays, we decided to ship this item strictly the same day to your address in Martinique.
All our shipments benefit from tracking that allows you to be informed in real-time of the location of your package.
Unfortunately, we do not control the customs delays in the DOM-TOM which are very variable.
Our team that managed your package is at your complete disposal to offer you a commercial gesture to compensate for the delay and to count you among our more than 22,000 clients.
We hope to have done everything to satisfy you, once again presenting our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Sincerely,
The Pièces Bateaux team.
