I received advice by email very quickly and very professionally. However, delivery to the wrong relay point. The fault of Chronopost.

Hello, The product does not quite match, in reality the speedometer stops at 60MPH and not 65MPH as indicated on your site.

Response from Pieces Bateaux Published on 19/11/2018

Sir, We thank you for your comment, our customers' feedback is valuable for improving our service quality on a daily basis. In the case of your order, after verification, the reference shipped is indeed in accordance with the item ordered. But you allow us to highlight an error in the Mercury manufacturer's catalog! Indeed, under ref 895285Q41, the description in the official Mercury catalog very clearly states "from 10 to 65 MPH" while the actual speedometer dial is graduated up to 60MPH. We will inform the factory with whom we are in daily contact. We strive to do everything possible to satisfy you, once again apologizing for the inconvenience caused. Best regards, The Boat Parts Team.

I bought a propeller with the size advice from the technical service. After testing, the propeller does not fit. I am offered to take it back only if I have not used it. I reply that it was impossible for me to know it would not fit without mounting it. I ask them to exchange it for the dimensions initially requested. They tell me that the dimension does not exist in this propeller. I prove to them that the requested dimension does exist. They apologize for their mistake but still refuse to take back the propeller. I am offered to reorder the requested propeller with a discount at my expense as if I had made a mistake. I do not accept their proposal so my review is withdrawn.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

products conform to the description, careful packaging, too bad the 48h delivery was not respected and therefore the shipping costs are unnecessarily high.

choice of material, fast delivery as per the order.
Only downside, delivery to a different location than the one planned in the order; apparently due to Colissimo.

Products and delivery times are compliant. The packaging could be more careful, a grease cartridge was open because it was crushed by other items in the package. Site to recommend for the range of products offered.

Sir,
We thank you for your comment, the opinion of our customers is precious for improving our quality of service on a daily basis.
In the case of your order, it is a packaging problem from the Yamaha engine seals manufacturing plant. Missing item.
We took care to order directly from the factory the seal in detail and informed you of the significant delay as it is a single part that is part of a complete kit.
We hope to have done everything to satisfy you, once again presenting our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Sincerely,
The Pièces Bateaux team.

Hello, It was the first time I placed an order on your site. My order was delivered but it was not the right part. I reported it and was given a free return label. I returned the wrong part and was then delivered the new part, everything worked perfectly. However, the delay: I could not repair my engine which was not on site in the time I wanted because it took a month for delivery. I am not satisfied with that at all. In the future, I will find another site. Thank you, best regards.
