I ordered a seal on February 9
As I had to leave for abroad and the package had not yet shipped by the 15th, I asked why... the package miraculously shipped the next day... but too late to retrieve it.. and with a signature which means I don't know if it's in the mailbox or went back to the sender... I am furious!!!

But we would like to clarify the following. The seal you ordered had a supply delay of 10 days as specified on the product sheet.
You placed the order on February 9. We ordered the seal from the manufacturer on the same day.
We received the seal on February 16 and shipped it the same day.
Even if this delay did not meet your needs, it is in accordance with the indications on our site.

You may be comfortable with handling the exploded views, but that is not the case for everyone. And above all, we have noticed a too great risk of errors because there are subtleties to know. Then I was explained that they have no stock on site and depend on the manufacturer and its availability.
But in this case, do not state delivered within 15 days....
I could not enjoy my boat at the end of the season because of this part on hold and this stockless sales policy.
I will never order from this site again.
And I regret having done so.

Indeed, the usual delay has been greatly exceeded by the manufacturer, but we are subject to the monopoly position of the manufacturers regarding original parts.
Isn't the main thing that we managed to obtain the part before it was discontinued? Because you know very well that parts for your engine are becoming increasingly difficult to source, knowing that Johnson-Evinrude has stopped the production of engines.
