An interesting and trustworthy site even though I regret that the indication of availability of the part within 15 days should have been mentioned before the order. But well, it's not an extreme gravity... I will reuse their services...

I ordered a part on August 22, 2023.
At the time of my order, the delivery time was displayed as 15 days.
The payment was immediate.
And my part just arrived (on October 17, 2023).
Then I was explained that they have no stock on site and depend on the manufacturer and its availability.
But in this case, do not state delivered within 15 days....
I could not enjoy my boat at the end of the season because of this part on hold and this stockless sales policy.
I will never order from this site again.
And I regret having done so.
In short, AVOID ...

Hello,
We understand that you were not satisfied with the delay but are surprised by the content of your review. We have communicated several times with you regarding the delay of your order.
Indeed, the usual delay has been greatly exceeded by the manufacturer, but we are subject to the monopoly position of the manufacturers regarding original parts.
Isn't the main thing that we managed to obtain the part before it was discontinued? Because you know very well that parts for your engine are becoming increasingly difficult to source, knowing that Johnson-Evinrude has stopped the production of engines.
Best regards,
The Boat Parts Team.

Parts (for repairing sea water pump) received within the announced deadlines, of good quality, although the original bearings are tightly fitted on the shaft, the new ones slide easily, time will tell if they slide too easily.

Your order of 22/8 was shipped on 24/8.

Delivery time a bit long, probably due to the August 15 bridge and the following weekend!

One major dissatisfaction is the delivery method. Delivery by Colissimo is far too long: order placed on the 14th and delivered on the 22nd. Moreover, delivery against signature requires being present at home. This blocked me for 2 days of leave. Not cool. This provider should be avoided.

Hello, your order from 1/8 afternoon was shipped on 2/8. We did everything necessary to ship your order as quickly as possible. Here is the information we have: On 4/8 the carrier was unable to deliver to the chosen pickup point. On 7/8 the pickup point refused the package. On 10/8 the package was redelivered to a pickup point. You picked up the package on 11/8. It seems there was a problem with the pickup point. We will ask the carrier for more information. Best regards.

Good site, serious but the delivery by DPD left something to be desired. The package was handed over to them after two days (a bit long) but the journey between several platforms takes a day each time... moreover, they note that the delivery could not be made while the package has arrived. Unusual for DPD and this can give a bad image of the seller.
