I regret to note that their business practices are more than questionable. The images provided as illustrations of the product do not correspond to what they actually deliver; if you order original parts, they deliver the white product version. (supposedly you did not specify). but at the price of the original! Then if you are not satisfied, they offer you a €5 voucher for your next purchase, this way they can get you a second time. Never again!!

Sir, We thank you for your comment, our customers' opinions are valuable for improving our service quality on a daily basis. In your case, we do not agree with your opinion. We are official MERCURY distributors and therefore always prioritize QUICKSILVER products. However, it happens that the factory has too long delays. To avoid penalizing our customers, we ship them a SIERRA product. Indeed, it may happen that we deliver, for example, SIERRA filters, but this is only for timing reasons. For your information, the price proposed for our QUICKSILVER products is based on the SIERRA price. Our customers are therefore winners and not losers as you think. We offered you a voucher because it seemed simpler to proceed this way. But we could have proceeded with an exchange. We strive to do everything to satisfy you, again presenting our apologies for the inconvenience caused. We remain at your service, Best regards, The Boat Parts Team.

Hello,
We are sincerely sorry for the problem you encountered.
Transport issues can happen. Did you take photos of the package in the condition you received it so that we can inform the carrier?
If the package seemed too damaged to you, it should have been refused.
We will contact you quickly to find out the missing parts and replace them for you.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
The Pièces Bateaux team.
