Sir,
We thank you for your comment, the opinion of our customers is precious for improving our quality of service on a daily basis.
In the case of your order, it is a packaging problem during the preparation of the package.
We took care to immediately resend you the correct NGK LFR5A-11 spark plugs (the same day of your complaint); leaving you the

The delivery delays are due to the fact that you reside in the DOM-TOM, customs formalities can also cause delays beyond our control.
We hope to have done everything to satisfy you, again presenting our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Best regards,
The Pièces Bateaux team.

I have never been disappointed, the parts correspond to what I wanted. Just a small problem with delivery responsiveness when it's free shipping, but otherwise good advice and clean product.

Products and delivery times are compliant. The packaging could be more careful, a grease cartridge was open because it was crushed by other items in the package. Site to recommend for the range of products offered.

After navigating the site which is very pleasant and quickly finding what I was looking for, I placed my order on a Sunday evening, my order was prepared on Monday morning and then shipped. I received my order as expected on Wednesday... at each step of my order I was informed. I recommend PIECESBATEAUX to everyone.

Good site with good information on products, unfortunately, first order, first shipping error, not corresponding to the order. Nevertheless, efficient customer service and quick and compliant return of the ordered parts after my first complaint message.

After a mishap with the technical service that, by phone, did not advise me the correct timing belt, (with a shipment of the wrong belt...) the sales service resolved this problem very quickly and very effectively to allow me to have my engine serviced on time to go on vacation. I commend them for their professionalism and responsiveness.
