I had in my order 1 item that was out of stock, they sent me an email to give me the timelines and to ask if I wanted to wait or cancel the item in question from my order (I canceled it, refund of the item in 1 week on my bank account)
All the other items received very quickly at the pickup point (1 week)
They replaced a Quicksilver item (fuel filter) with another brand (surely they did not have it in stock)

The parts were delivered quickly. The only thing I would have to say is about the search for parts, some elements are missing to add, like the years of the engines, the types of engines to facilitate the search.
But otherwise nothing to complain about, very good site, well-stocked, it allows to group all orders.

For the second star less, please change the carrier, they let me down twice in less than 15 days with 2 different suppliers. Deliveries announced then canceled and impossible to get any information.

As for filter keys, a 3/8 square must be used.
