Note that the customer service and sales service are very responsive, however on an order of 3 items, one reference did not match the photo on the site (return at my expense for a refund) and one missing item.
Too bad.

Response from Pieces Bateaux
Hello,
We are sorry regarding the missing item that was overlooked. The necessary steps have been taken to resend it to you as soon as possible.
As for the item whose photo did not match, unfortunately, it is a change from the manufacturer who is no longer able to provide the complete pump and instead delivers a repair kit with the cover.
Remaining at your service,
Best regards,
The Pièces Bateaux team.

Very good site easy to use
I had in my order 1 item that was out of stock, they sent me an email to give me the timelines and to ask if I wanted to wait or cancel the item in question from my order (I canceled it, refund of the item in 1 week on my bank account)
All the other items received very quickly at the pickup point (1 week)
They replaced a Quicksilver item (fuel filter) with another brand (surely they did not have it in stock)
I recommend this site

The parts were delivered quickly. The only thing I would have to say is about the search for parts, some elements are missing to add, like the years of the engines, the types of engines to facilitate the search.
But otherwise nothing to complain about, very good site, well-stocked, it allows to group all orders.

Good quality material. Welcoming contact person. But... on the site, presentation of unavailable material (- 1 star)
For the second star less, please change the carrier, they let me down twice in less than 15 days with 2 different suppliers. Deliveries announced then canceled and impossible to get any information.
This can only be detrimental to your image!

Not very happy with the part itself as none of my classic ratchet key squares fit that of the part.
Maybe an adapter is needed, but this was not specified.
Otherwise, order received quickly

Response from Pieces Bateaux
Hello,
We are sorry that this item does not meet your satisfaction
And we are surprised by your message as this is a MERCURY original tool.
We sell about thirty parts each season and we have never had a return.
There is no adapter for this tool.
As for filter keys, a 3/8 square must be used.
You can return the item and you will be refunded.
Remaining at your service,
Best regards,
The Boat Parts Team.

Response from Pieces Bateaux
Hello,
We would like to respond to your review.
You ordered a buoy support BU500102.
You indicate that the order is incomplete. The buoy support ordered was missing the reversing light support. This had not been installed by the supplier. As soon as you informed us of the problem, we took the necessary steps to have a support sent to you as soon as possible.
Best regards,
The Boat Parts Team.

The engine gaskets I ordered are original and of good quality, the delivery time of 9 days is a bit long and the package was not dropped off at the correct pickup point.
I recommend this site because the parts are easy to find, they have a choice and the quality is there

Hello, the only negative point which you are not responsible for but should be reported, is that I was notified at 8:19 for a delivery the same day between 9:15 and 10:15, obviously, I was absent, the courier left the package on the terrace table while entering my property during my absence???
