I received my order, very fast but with a leaking oil can, fortunately, plastic surrounded the can but I do not have the required amount of oil for my oil change (I lost less than a liter). Will there be a goodwill gesture?

Hello,
We acknowledge your problem.
We pay great attention to the packaging of liquids, but it can happen that some packages suffer damage. Fortunately, this is very rare.
You should have contacted us as soon as you received your package and sent us some photos so that we could report this information to the carrier.
Regarding a commercial gesture, we invite you to contact us again during your next order and we will see what we can offer you.
We wish you an excellent continuation.
Best regards,
The Pièces Bateaux team.

Response from Pieces Bateaux
Hello, We are following up on your review. We are sorry that the delay did not meet your expectations but would like to provide you with some clarifications. We informed you on 01/18 of the availability of the reference in our premises during the week of 01/24 to 01/28. We finally received the part on 02/02 and it was sent to you the same day. Regarding original parts, manufacturers communicate very poorly about delays. If the part is delayed we are not informed. Concerning Johnson-Evinrude parts, it is already positive to still be able to obtain parts, as these will gradually be removed since the manufacturer has stopped producing engines. Remaining at your service, Best regards, The Boat Parts Team.

Hello, Considering the public holiday on November 11, your gasket was ordered from Mercury on 12/11. We received it on 15/11 and shipped it the same day. You received it on 17/11. We are on a normal order timeline, especially during the current period where many parts are unavailable. Best regards, The Boat Parts Team.
