Despite a piece error in my order,
piecesbateaux.com did everything to send me the correct part.
I therefore received the part in time for the boat outing of the weekend!

I ordered a gas pump that unfortunately was defective... Indeed, it was slightly cracked and therefore the gasoline was leaking... I returned the part and have been waiting for a refund for a few days.

Very good promotions throughout the year, you always find what you're looking for. However, be careful, not all parts are necessarily original (anodes for example) and some packaging has 'seen better days'... Forgetting the maintenance kit during shipping, returned in less than 24 hours after complaint and phone contact.

Everything received well and on time (delivery to Guyana), an invoice per package, no customs problems. Just the packages a bit light and therefore damaged by the carrier. Good responsiveness from the sales service.

The first package received was not the right one. But the team was very responsive and quickly sent the correct part. So apart from a delay issue (the correct part arrived quite late) the service is top. I will reorder on piecesbateaux.com

But very responsive, to the email response. (5/5)

Response from Pieces Bateaux
Sir,
We thank you for your comment, the opinion of our customers is precious for improving our quality of service on a daily basis.
In the case of your order, it was a sensitive part, for which we requested verification from the supplier, as well as in our own premises.
We also took care to prepare all customs formalities for secure shipping to the island of Reunion.
We also have the habit of systematically informing our customers one by one when the shipping delay is slowed down.
Hoping to have done everything for your satisfaction. Best regards, The team at Boat Parts.
