Availability, staff, easy contact and quick response. All good. Order received, everything is fine but the fuel filter should be avoided. The screen is too long and blocks the fuel intake. So unusable.

I thank Pieces Bateaux for exceptionally accepting the exchange of a part I ordered that was not suitable. Perhaps a more visible warning on the site about the slight differences between 2 very similar parts would be desirable to warn the buyer not to make a mistake.

Hello, I have received my order, only small downside, I ordered a fuel filter for my Suzuki DF90A ref: 15410-87L00, and I received ref: 15410-88L00. It's a shame.

Impeccable delivery. But too many customs and shipping fees for a membrane and a spring.

PERFECT WELCOME. Chaotic delivery; three delivery notices announced and postponed without the possibility of rescheduling despite a phone call to the carrier.
Only one fixing screw in the opened bag.... how many at the start.

You are quick to deliver the items the only downside is when an item is unavailable for whatever reason it should be displayed in the catalog it has been more than two months since I placed the order and it is unacceptable
