Hello, We are following up on your review. We are sorry that the delay did not meet your expectations but would like to provide you with some clarifications. We informed you on 01/18 of the availability of the reference in our premises during the week of 01/24 to 01/28. We finally received the part on 02/02 and it was sent to you the same day. Regarding original parts, manufacturers communicate very poorly about delays. If the part is delayed we are not informed. Concerning Johnson-Evinrude parts, it is already positive to still be able to obtain parts, as these will gradually be removed since the manufacturer has stopped producing engines.
