In the case of your order, some items took a long time to supply due to the internal reorganization of the Mercury factory. This created significant delays in deliveries. We source directly from the factory to offer you attractive prices. We have sent the items ready to be shipped and we took care to inform you in writing about these unexpected delays, giving you the option of a refund if necessary. The missing items were shipped separately. We naturally covered the additional transport costs. In the case of your order, one of the items "Mercury Mariner Thermostat 2.5 to 6hp (4 stroke) ref 804540" took a long time to supply due to the reorganization of the Mercury factory. This created significant delays on our side.
