The delivery of the package was a bit long (1 week) because they did not have the product in stock. It is always annoying when you are waiting for an essential part for the engine to function. Nevertheless, the experience was not negative either.

The invoice has increased by 20% compared to last year. So very, very far from the official inflation of 2%.

Hello,
Oils, fats, lubricants, and other petroleum products have indeed increased by 20% over the past year. This is the result of geopolitical crises.
We haven't even applied all the increases from our suppliers.
Best regards.

The store is okay. But the carrier DPD is catastrophic. They keep postponing the delivery multiple times with lies upon lies. It cost me 5 days of penalties on the parking area. I will order elsewhere even if the item is more expensive.

Among the items I ordered, nothing matches what I needed, I blame myself for being the only one responsible for this failure.. If you don't have the right references, it's not your fault...! Best regards...!

Impressed by the preparation and delivery time. Turbine kit received in less than 24h. Too bad the turbine is from 2023. Otherwise, perfect service.
