The removal key you ordered is usable with the trim cylinders used by different manufacturers. But there are different possible keys. The dimensions of the hole spacing are clearly specified on the product sheet so that you can check against your needs. You ordered the 38mm, but there is also the 35mm and the 32mm.

The shipping and delivery are not up to your company. I chose home delivery and paid for it: DPD didn't even bother to come to my house (video doorbell as proof) and delivered directly to a relay point 10km from my home.
I just picked up the package, it was very damaged. In particular, the packaging of the SUZUKI DF9.9 to DF70 thermostat was crushed and this fragile and expensive part (€70) was lying among the other items. I had in my order 1 item that was out of stock, they sent me an email to give me the timelines and to ask if I wanted to wait or cancel the item in question from my order (I canceled it, refund of the item in 1 week on my bank account)
All the other items received very quickly at the pickup point (1 week)
They replaced a Quicksilver item (fuel filter) with another brand (surely they did not have it in stock)
