Customer reviews of Pieces Bateaux

The product meets my expectations. The delivery was very fast

Good

Order compliant with one day delay on the forecast

order delivered quickly and as expected!

Reactive team, correct prices, shipping to the DOM really overpriced.

Everything ok

satisfactory overall

A bit long shipping

satisfied with the order

Well-structured and well-stocked site

Very good communication

Nothing to say....I take away one star because I would have liked to be delivered yesterday...no! More seriously, thank you to them for their responsiveness...perfect

Compliant with my needs despite a slightly long delivery time.

3 days from status: in preparation. After email: transport problem...
But that has been resolved, with patience I was able to receive my order

Order received with 2 missing products, I made a complaint and for boat parts.com everything was fine on their side. I had to insist by justifying with the weight of the package given on the label, and that it could not correspond to my complete order. After that, an email notified me that the missing products had been resent to me. No apologies were addressed to me regarding the inconvenience caused nor about the fact that I had to prove my good faith when the fault was not mine at all.
Sales service to be reviewed. The person I dealt with was named Anais.

Fast and efficient. Complete choice on the site.

I was forced to take an item to complete my order due to a cheap item around €17, except that the second item of a small amount was not at the reception of the order.
To make matters worse, without being notified, the pickup point closed in July and August, a situation not warned at the time of the order.
I went to search for my order, to finalize and find it at the DPD depot in Tresses, which is a trip of nearly sixty kilometers.
Let's hope that such mishaps do not happen to other customers.
Best regards

Item conforms to the description, fast delivery, no issues

Delivery by post leaves much to be desired, I was stuck at home for a delivery signature that was never done

Very good merchant and conscientious in their work, thank you

Fast and efficient, the photo of the part included the flaps that were not there

Fast and efficient, however, the price of original Suzuki Outboard parts is totally outrageous! Over €50 for a kill switch...

Product as described, and reasonable delay. I recommend.

Always very professional and friendly when you call them. Delivery time a bit longer this time.

Good product as described.

Searching for parts on the site is not easy, it would be better to enter the type of engine and have all available references more easily.

Our boat foot arrived a bit late, but for each of my emails, I received a response. Very friendly sales service, which explained the reasons for its justified and understandable delay. I recommend the site and the quality supplies.

The order has finally arrived safely but with a significant delay due to supply issues. After informing the service about the urgency of the situation, I first received one package and then the second, which has just been shipped. Responsive service but I would have liked a bit more clarity from the start regarding the delivery time.

Hello,
I put four stars but that doesn't mean much since my package took more than 10 days to arrive
What is unfortunate is that you know we live in a department of the DOM-TOM
and normally you shouldn't charge us the VAT of 20.6 for the simple and good reason that customs charge us again once it arrives plus the sea tax.
In the end, your item cost 75 €. They are still asking me for 26 € in tax not counting the transport.
It's abuse for which you are partly responsible because each time you make us pay the VAT that shouldn't be since here it is 8.5 and 5.5 and exempt on many products. To recover it is a real obstacle course, by the way, it is better to engage in Ukraine, it's easier.
Best regards

Not very fast

More than 10 days for delivery

Fast delivery, always on top

Nothing to say.
Good site.
Quite fast./

I easily found the part I was looking for, however I was disappointed by the delivery time, almost two weeks if my memory serves me right. We are used to faster these days. That said, I will return to this site if I need something.

Part arrived quickly
In good condition

Product conforms to the description, delivery time respected

Very good orientation and responsiveness to my request, optimum delivery times.

Quite fast, compliant package

Very good follow-up for the order and fast
