Kit of parts adapted to my vehicle 'but to my great regret missing two fuel pump seals and the seal of the fuel cartridge so could not do the complete revision so no outing this weekend and the seals cost 20 euros and are only available in 15 days.

Response from Pieces Bateaux Published on 17/04/2025

Hello, We are following up on your message, the opinion of our customers is very important. The revision kit you ordered does not include the seals you mentioned. Nothing is missing compared to the description of this revision kit. If you wanted additional parts, you just needed to contact us when you placed your order and we would have gladly provided you with the references for these parts. Please note that this kit is regularly sold and the absence of these seals does not prevent the revision from being done. It is not necessary to change the seals with every filter replacement, otherwise manufacturers would not sell them separately. Likewise, for a water pump turbine replacement, seal replacement is not systematic, otherwise turbines would not be sold individually but only in kits. We remain at your service. Best regards.

Item conforms to what I was looking for. However, the price of €30 seems exorbitant for such a small plastic item...

Thank you for leaving a review following your order, but we do not understand the problem. The package was shipped on 26/02, delivery was scheduled for 27/02 but postponed by 24 hours. The package was delivered on 28/02 after taking into account the instructions you communicated to the carrier. The 48-hour delivery is compliant.

Product matching my expectations and delivered in the shortest time. However, I take away 1 star for the price, because in 2024 I bought this same product for 10.24 euros including tax from another supplier, who unfortunately was out of stock at the moment. Since it was urgent, I ordered from Pièces Bateaux this year. I emphasize that this same product is still much more expensive elsewhere. I therefore recommend this brand which is completely reliable and for the multiple choices of products as well as the speed of delivery.
