This is several times that I order parts without knowing the references of the items. Moreover, I am in the Pacific and correspond with them by email.
I have always been very well advised.
Responses to emails are always quick and relevant. The manager is very patient and very available. I thank him very much.
The shipment is careful and fast too.
I highly recommend this site!
You can be confident.

Hello,
We are really sorry for the delay in the delivery of your order.
We will open a claim with the carrier to understand the reason for the problem.
For now, the tracking of the package is still active, which means it is still properly tracked.
We will get back to you if we have any additional information.
Best regards,

I don't think it's your fault but a week to receive a gasket is too long. We need to stop with colissimo!
