I received my order but in the box I did not have the drain seal. Just an open empty plastic bag. So I don't know if it came from you or if the seal fell out during unpacking because the bag was not closed. That's why I didn't make a complaint. Best regards

I ordered a Mercury 9.9 hp 4T engine overhaul kit and the oil tube from the lower unit is 237ml while the quantity is 320ml (p66 user manual) So no boat this weekend, the B.... and shipping costs to add for a new order. The rest is fine but this is really annoying

Hello For the site, the merchandise, nothing to say but for the delivery, it's not the same. The cost is charged at €7 for a tracked envelope while the post actually charges this same envelope at €3.91. The weight of my part with the envelope is 71g. I find this very mediocre.

The removal key you ordered is usable with the trim cylinders used by different manufacturers. But there are different possible keys. The dimensions of the hole spacing are clearly specified on the product sheet so that you can check against your needs. You ordered the 38mm, but there is also the 35mm and the 32mm.

The shipping and delivery are not up to your company. I chose home delivery and paid for it: DPD didn't even bother to come to my house (video doorbell as proof) and delivered directly to a relay point 10km from my home.
I just picked up the package, it was very damaged. In particular, the packaging of the SUZUKI DF9.9 to DF70 thermostat was crushed and this fragile and expensive part (€70) was lying among the other items. As this is a safety element of the engine, I would appreciate its exchange by Piecesbateaux.com

Order received with 2 missing products, I made a complaint and for boat parts.com everything was fine on their side. I had to insist by justifying with the weight of the package given on the label, and that it could not correspond to my complete order. After that, an email notified me that the missing products had been resent to me. No apologies were addressed to me regarding the inconvenience caused nor about the fact that I had to prove my good faith when the fault was not mine at all.

I was forced to take an item to complete my order due to a cheap item around €17, except that the second item of a small amount was not at the reception of the order.
To make matters worse, without being notified, the pickup point closed in July and August, a situation not warned at the time of the order.
I went to search for my order, to finalize and find it at the DPD depot in Tresses, which is a trip of nearly sixty kilometers.
Let's hope that such mishaps do not happen to other customers.
