The part was delivered under the contractual conditions of the order. However, the blackmail regarding availability is unacceptable.

One major dissatisfaction is the delivery method. Delivery by Colissimo is far too long: order placed on the 14th and delivered on the 22nd. Moreover, delivery against signature requires being present at home. This blocked me for 2 days of leave. Not cool. This provider should be avoided.

Their supplier was unable to provide the requested item despite all their efforts, the boat part was immediately refunded, bravo to you.

Fast delivery. Contact by email to validate the reference perfect. I only give 4* because the prices are high.

Good site, serious but the delivery by DPD left something to be desired. The package was handed over to them after two days (a bit long) but the journey between several platforms takes a day each time... moreover, they note that the delivery could not be made while the package has arrived. Unusual for DPD and this can give a bad image of the seller.

Overall nothing to say, just unlucky a part of the order was missing and blocked the rest, too bad not to have been contacted by phone to resolve it more quickly.

I ordered flaps that were not the right ones. I contacted the site for a return. The response was quick and positive. As soon as received, the refund was made. I only give 4 stars for the shipping costs being too high for these small items.

The receipt of the package by Chronopost WITH signature is TOO restrictive (Obligation to be present). To be removed or allow the possibility to refuse it.
