Hello, I had bought a monstera substrate that was just perfect, exactly what I had imagined! The only problem is that to pick up an order in person, I had to search for 10 minutes for the entrance. There was indeed a door but with a "no entry" sign, which is not very intuitive since Plant and Stories is located behind the door. So here it is, maybe just a little better indication to facilitate the in-person pickup. But otherwise, I am completely satisfied with my order, the quality of the products is indeed there!

Hello, 2nd purchase at Plant and Stories, the 1st via Pousses & Plantes and the 2nd directly. The plants are beautiful and in excellent health. In terms of speed, order placed on Friday 18/07, shipped on Monday 21/07 and received the next day. The packaging is careful, robust and easy to unpack. Also appreciated the growing advice on their website. And finally, I also appreciate that their shipments always leave at the beginning of the week so that the plant is not locked up for too long.
