Hello, I had bought a monstera substrate that was just perfect, exactly what I had imagined! The only problem is that to pick up an order in person, I had to search for 10 minutes for the entrance. There was indeed a door but with a "no entry" sign, which is not very intuitive since Plant and Stories is located behind the door. So here it is, maybe just a little better indication to facilitate the in-person pickup. But otherwise, I am completely satisfied with my order, the quality of the products is indeed there!
