Catastrophic Chronofresh delivery: the driver missed several appointments while you waited for him all day because no one warned you, with lame excuses each time (the driver didn't find the parcel, the parcel wasn't put on the truck and stayed at the depot, the driver didn't have time to come to your house because he had to return to the depot before 4:00 pm....) The fresh truffle shavings are actually quite large pieces of debris, the smell is good but the taste is a little bland and well below the quality expected of fresh black truffles. The summer truffle pasta is good and as expected.

Concerning the delivery time, it is indicated on the website and in the T&C that you have accepted that we have 24 to 72 hours to prepare and hand over your parcel to the sender; to this must be added the delivery time, which in this case is 24 to 48 hours as the parcel was sent via Chronofresh. In your case, we expect to receive your parcel within 72 hours of placing your order, which is on target. As for the additional products that you were unable to order at the same time as your fresh truffles, this was indeed a technical bug that has since been resolved. I had already bought your truffles on Veepee this winter and they were excellent... However, this time I'm disappointed because their taste has nothing to do with truffles... I think it was too late in the season... however this site is serious, orders sent very quickly in a protective package. I'll be ordering from this site again, but only at the end of December or in January.

Size of truffles shipped: Between 50 and 100 grams (written on the site, my order 100g), I received 4 truffles! problem with chronofraiche who called me 3 days in a row to tell me there was a delivery problem (nice) address error (my fault, I had not checked the delivery address but there is a cell phone, no call! I made up for it the next day after contacting your - professional - customer service department, but in the end I'm disappointed - the flavour isn't up to scratch, I've eaten much better with other producers, is it the size? the delivery times? The packaging is supposed to be a micro-perforated bag, I have my doubts about this. In any case, I wouldn't recommend your products in such conditions. Cdt JT

I ate the truffle brouillade, which had no taste whatsoever. When I opened the jar, I sniffed the smell, and I didn't smell anything, whereas the truffle has a strong smell all its own. I think the cream spoils the flavor of the truffle, which is far too weak in this container. I'll never recommend this product. I don't even know if I'll use the 2nd bottle I received.

On the negative side, I'd like to mention the delivery aspect: although I paid for my order to be delivered to my home, I was notified by sms that the deliveryman had tried to deliver the parcel on the scheduled day, but had been unable to do so due to the absence of someone at home. That day, however, I didn't leave my home and I didn't receive any sms (or telephone) notification from the deliveryman that he was coming to deliver. I consider that the home delivery service has not been rendered. The charge by Chronopost (included in the price of my order with Plantin) is therefore unjustified.
