Hello, we are sorry to hear of your disappointment. As we discussed by e-mail, it seems that the recommendations provided in the guide to using canned truffles have not been respected. Indeed, canned truffles are a product that requires very special attention, whether in terms of the proportion used in a dish or its cooking. A minimum of 10-15g of canned truffle per person is required, and a minimum of 10% for a preparation (butter, sauce, etc.).
