The bag was damp, which is never a good sign, and on opening the truffles were very lightly veined with white. One out of three had been cannibalized, so the others had not been checked. I don't recommend it and I'm terribly disappointed. I'll never order anything from this site again and I'll make sure that plantin gets very bad publicity among my acquaintances.

Concerning the delivery time, it is indicated on the website and in the T&C that you have accepted that we have 24 to 72 hours to prepare and hand over your parcel to the sender; to this must be added the delivery time, which in this case is 24 to 48 hours as the parcel was sent via Chronofresh. In your case, we expect to receive your parcel within 72 hours of placing your order, which is on target. As for the additional products that you were unable to order at the same time as your fresh truffles, this was indeed a technical bug that has since been resolved.
