Delivery time much too long for my taste if you operate in the same way with your truffles people have to receive them for Easter having ordered them at Christmas.

On the negative side, I'd like to mention the delivery aspect: although I paid for my order to be delivered to my home, I was notified by sms that the deliveryman had tried to deliver the parcel on the scheduled day, but had been unable to do so due to the absence of someone at home. That day, however, I didn't leave my home and I didn't receive any sms (or telephone) notification from the deliveryman that he was coming to deliver. I consider that the home delivery service has not been rendered. The charge by Chronopost (included in the price of my order with Plantin) is therefore unjustified.

I'm not a truffle expert but everything looks good. Correct price, free shipping over a certain amount.
Fast delivery. I thought it was the site of a producer but no it's a reseller and the source is rather vague ( france , espagne ) it's vague ^^

These products are a gift so I cannot evaluate. Shipping and delivery were fast. It was well packaged but I would have expected more glamorous packaging for a gift.

2 stars because the deliveryman, who called me on a masked line without leaving a message, clearly threw the parcel onto my balcony, without my being at home. The contents of the parcel could have been broken; being on the first floor, the parcel could have been stolen.
Nothing negative to say about the site or the service provided by PLANTIN.

Quite correct - the products are easy to find - I found this idea at the end of my TV news (télé 7 jours), rather a good idea to advertise -

Delivery in very good condition and accurate, the site is easy to use but it is difficult to cancel an order (placed by mistake and not paid).

Pleasant and well-structured site, clear and complete information.

Wonderful site but lacks recipes for using the products themselves. Truffle paste: how best to use it, with cream, with nothing, with oil. I used it with pasta but was disappointed because it was too pasty. It's a pity, because the product itself is excellent, but there's no information on how to make the most of it.

I discovered your brand through an instagrammer. Your site is clear. I had no trouble ordering from you.

TB except - and I've already said this - for choosing Chronopost for an urgent order, because they can't find a point of sale nearby! Only one for the whole of Montpellier, which closes between noon and two; and they're incapable of scheduling a second delivery within half a day. In short, Chronopost is useless if you're not stuck at home all day, which is a shame. The product is excellent and the packaging was perfect.

No truffle scent, no taste. Unusable. 50€ down the drain. 1st and last purchase of your brand.
