The truffles were very fresh upon arrival (firm and without any fermentation smell) and excellent to taste. However, I would have liked there to be a moisture absorber in the plastic - as was the case with my previous orders.

Although this is the 3rd or 4th time I've ordered fresh truffles from Plantin in February, I found the quality of this shipment really inadequate, even mediocre, as if the truffles weren't ripe. They were almost odorless with very little flavor. Really disappointing.
