Well, my truffle was not exceptional, yet I did what was necessary to keep it well preserved, paper towel, airtight box, paper towel changed every day, so maybe I missed something? In any case, no more smell for New Year's Eve.

Everything went well, the products are good except for the foie gras in a jar, it has no taste, too bad I am disappointed with this product. On the other hand, the other foie gras is good with flavor. I won't buy the first one in a jar again. I remain happy with everything else. Thank you Plantin for your gesture. Following a delivery problem with Chronofresh, for unknown reasons, I could not receive my truffle in time for my meal.
