Order placed on Saturday, December 20 at 7 PM. Just after a phone call to the store for confirmations (the day and time not ideal for the staff). Very nice. Order shipped on Monday. It was a first order and everything was in accordance, both on the whole fresh truffle and on the pieces. Texture, color, fragrance, everything was perfect. The delivery was also perfectly managed, on time and with the friendliness of the delivery person (that's normal, it's in Savoie ;)). I did not receive my order despite 2 delivery information on different days and I was told on the last day that it had to be returned because it was expired!!!! How can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that certain packages are returned by the carrier when they cannot be delivered within the specified time, especially for fresh products. In this case, and to ensure food safety, the package is indeed returned when it is deemed expired.
