Hello Sir, I'm sorry to read your dissatisfaction. Concerning the delivery time, it is indicated on the website and in the T&C that you have accepted that we have 24 to 72 hours to prepare and hand over your parcel to the sender; to this must be added the delivery time, which in this case is 24 to 48 hours as the parcel was sent via Chronofresh. In your case, we expect to receive your parcel within 72 hours of placing your order, which is on target. As for the additional products that you were unable to order at the same time as your fresh truffles, this was indeed a technical bug that has since been resolved. Nice site, quite practical, very well packaged products (the box is still a bit big for 100 g of fresh truffles! but we understand that you don't want to lose a small package). On the other hand, shortly before Christmas, the Chronopost delivery was very random: announced on the 21st, the delivery arrived on the 22nd and we were stuck at home all day on the 21st.... And we feared for the preservation of this luxury product, fortunately the weather hadn't turned cold yet. On the other hand, the delivery man was friendly and sympathetic.
