Speed of reception, however, I find it a shame that a neck is not included in the photos. The photo is similar but the lack of neck looks strange I think... I didn't expect the rendering like this...

Hello, I am satisfied with the books. However, I had to pay 5€ to the postman to receive my order. Indeed, a stamp had been put for a weight of 250g but the package weighed 400g. That's expensive for a delivery that I had already paid for when ordering.

The book itself is not bad except that it's a shame, we do not receive any preview email before shipping to see if we like it, then we could also personalize it with a text, I took the time to write and it does not appear anywhere in the book.

Very well written story, the child's name repeated many times and in a different color. The little recipients were delighted! Only downside... the quality of the binding with plastic rings, I would have preferred a paperback book.

The dedication of one of the books is not in the correct first name, there is an error for which I sent you a message but received no response from you, and I cannot give the book like this. Unlike the first two books which were magnificent, the last two have dull colors and the heads of my little girls are not proportionate to the drawn bodies at all.

Very good customization of the book. The child and his photo are well highlighted. Book given to a 2 years 9 months old child. It was very well received. I didn't give 5 stars because of the quality of the paper. Maybe a bit too fragile for a 3-year-old child who turns the pages. An adult must accompany.

3rd photo book received quickly and as per the site. One star less because I find the graphics a bit coarse, the characters' hands are 'sloppy' but the colors are beautiful and the child's photo is highlighted. The little ones appreciate these books.
