I order every year on the site. However, I think this will be the last time. I had already noticed the presence of spelling mistakes in my previous orders. In this one, I see that in 7 instances in the story, the hero (personalized with the photo) is in the same position. At over 30€ for the book, I would have hoped for more originality...

Hello, I am satisfied with the books. However, I had to pay 5€ to the postman to receive my order. Indeed, a stamp had been put for a weight of 250g but the package weighed 400g. That's expensive for a delivery that I had already paid for when ordering.

The dedication of one of the books is not in the correct first name, there is an error for which I sent you a message but received no response from you, and I cannot give the book like this. The idea of integrating the child into the stories is excellent, but the execution is mediocre: the drawings are not pretty and the text is sexist: to the farmer's wife the household chores. It's a shame

I am very disappointed with the quality. The photo is poorly cropped and as a result, the girl ends up with a crooked face on some pages of the book. I sent an email upon receipt but I have had no response!!! At the price of the book, this is unacceptable. I don't understand why they don't ask for validation before production... Or maybe those who validate are blind!!!
